Grooming Salon
Our dog grooming salon welcomes dog breeds of all sizes to indulge in a variety of grooming, styling and spa treatments. Our well equipped salon with highly trained and talented dog stylists provide the high quality, care and attention that your beloved dog deserves!
We only book 1 dog per stylist so that your dog is in safe hands and being individually cared for for the duration of the appointment.​

We only use natural, ethical, and Cruelty Free Certified brands. Our treatments use aromatic blends of essential oils, as well as vitamin E, pro vitamin B5, wheat protein, oatmeal, argon oil, aloe juice and a vegan alternative to Keratin.
​
Our conditioning shampoos are free from alcohol, parabens, soaps and dyes. All of our grooming products are made with pH-balanced formulas that are kind to the skin and coat, leaving dogs looking wonderful, feeling fabulous and smelling great!

COMPLETE STYLE: Full body Hand Strip, Head & Tail Styling, Nail & Pad Trim, Ear Clean & Finish Fragrance. (Tailored to individual dogs requirements. A grooming plan will be advised by your groomer)

We have listened to our customers and have now introduced a new booking app for all DOG GROOMING APPOINTMENTS!

Our bookings are now being taken directly via the TUFT booking app. You can schedule appointments, amend or cancel directly through the app.
The app allows you to input full pet and owner details and select different services.
A 50% deposit will be required upon booking. The remaining balance will be taken on the day of the grooming appointment.

All services are a request and are not approved until you have received our confirmation approval message via the app.
We may offer you an alternative appointment if we are unable to accept the initial request.

Please note that the quote populated for the service selected will be generic according to your dogs breed and coat type.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR DOGS DETAILS ARE CORRECT ON THE APP AS THE QUOTE WILL REFLECT THIS.

Our charges for all grooming appointments start from £35 per hour.
​
Once your dog has received it's first appointment, your dog groomer will amend the service time to reflect your dogs requirements. This will then populate automatically when booking future appointments, so the quoted price is more accurate.
​
All communication regarding the grooming appointment will be made via the app. Messages will show up as a notification. You can message us directly through the app if you have any questions throughout the duration of the grooming appointment.
​
We no longer accept dog grooming bookings over the telephone. All bookings are now scheduled through our booking app.
​
We work with the dogs on a 1-2-1 basis so taking bookings via the app allows us to concentrate fully on the individual dog without interruption.
​
If you are unable to download the app, please visit our salon so that we can schedule an appointment. We strongly advise you book your next appointment upon collection if you are unable to use the app.
